Qualcomm, Broadcom meet to discuss revised acquisition offer
Broadcom signs USD100 billion of committed credit facilities from a group of 12 financial institutions to fund the takeover
Qualcomm has announced that members of its board and senior management team met with representative of Broadcom today (15 February) to discuss Broadcom’s offer to acquire Qualcomm, the company said in a press release.
