GKN announces more details of new strategy and transformation plan
Company plans to sell Powder Metallurgy business, separate Aerospace and Driveline businesses operationally
GKN has announced further details of “Project Boost”, its new strategy and transformation plan, along with initiative to improve cash performance, according to the company’s press release on 14 February. The UK-based supplier has also outlined the financial performance targets for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2020.
