Apollo Tyres to acquire 40% stake in KT Telematics
Indian tire-maker to acquire the stake over one year in one or more tranches
India-based Apollo Tyres has announced plans to acquire 40% stake in KT Telematics Solutions Private Limited, the Indian tire-maker said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The company will acquire 40% stake in KT Telematics over the next one year in one or more tranches at an investment of INR90 million (USD1.4 million).
