Sona Koyo Steering Systems to be renamed as ‘JTEKT India Limited’
Company receives approval for availability of new name from India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs
On 2 February, the board of directors of Sona Koyo Steering Systems LTD (SKSSL) in a letter proposed to change the name of the company to ‘JTEKT India Limited’, subject to availability of the proposed name by India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
