TDK to acquire provider of ultrasonic sensors Chirp Microsystems
Acquisition to strengthen TDK’s existing technology in fingerprint sensors, MEMS sensors, and piezoelectric transducer product lines
TDK has agreed to acquire US-based ultrasonic microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) provider - Chirp Microsystems, the Japanese supplier announced in a press release yesterday (28 February).
