Benteler expands German plant to produce EV battery trays
Production at expanded plant expected to start in 2019
Benteler Automotive broke ground yesterday (2 March) for expansion of its Schwandorf plant in Germany to produce battery trays for electric vehicle (EV), says a company press release.
