SK Innovation breaks ground on new plant in Hungary

At full capacity Hungarian plant will have capacity to produce 7.5 GWh of battery

SK Innovation has broken ground on a new battery plant in Komarom, Hungary, reports The Korea Herald. The company will invest KRW40 billion (USD784 million) in the plant which will have cell output of 7.5 gigawatt hours (GWh) per year at full capacity.
