Adient, Arvind Limited form JV for automotive fabrics in India
JV to leverage Adient’s global fabric design and technological resources, and Arvind’s manufacturing capabilities to serve automotive customers in India
Adient has entered a joint-venture (JV) partnership with Indian textile company Arvind Limited to develop, produce and supply automotive fabrics in India, the US-based automotive interior and seating supplier said in a press release on 21 March. The JV, Adient Arvind Automotive Fabrics, will serve local and global customers in the Indian market.
