Autoliv announces leadership teams for two spin-off companies
Spin-off expected to complete in third quarter 2018
Autoliv has announced the senior leadership teams for the two companies that will be formed after the planned spin-off of its Electronics business into a standalone company called Veoneer, the company said in a press release today. Jan Carlson, who currently serves as president, CEO and chairman of Autoliv, will become new CEO of Veoneer, beginning 1 April 2018. Carlson will continue to serve as president, CEO and chairman of Autoliv until the spin-off is complete.
