MollerTech opens new automotive interior parts plant in US
Plant to supply interior parts to next-generation of Mercedes-Benz SUVs
MollerTech, a part of Germany-based Moller Group, has opened a new manufacturing plant in Woodstock, Alabama (United States) to produce automotive interior parts, reports AL.com. According to the report, the company invested USD46.3 million in the new plant, which spans over 150,000 square foot. The Woodstock plant will produce interior parts for the next-generation of Mercedes-Benz SUVs. The plant currently employs 50 people, but aims to have 222 employees, at full capacity, by the end of next year.
