Dana raises cash consideration for GKN’s driveline business by USD140 million
US-based supplier also agrees to double the size of its share repurchase program to USD200 million
Dana has increased cash consideration by USD140 million (GBP100 million) for the proposed acquisition of GKN’s driveline business, the company said in a press release today (26 March). The US-based automotive supplier is now offering total cash consideration of around USD1.77 billion, up 8.6% from the cash consideration announced earlier this month.
