EC imposes USD89.5 million fine on Nichicon for violating EU competition law
Company has been under investigation for past transactions involving aluminum electrolytic capacitors and tantalum electrolytic capacitors
The European Commission (EC) has imposed a fine of EUR72.9 million (USD89.5 million) on Nichicon for violating European Union Competition Law, the company announced in a press release last week.
