BMW, Daimler agree to merge mobility services
Each partner will own 50% stake in the JV to be formed after merger
BMW and Daimler have signed an agreement to merge their mobility services, the two Germany-based automakers announced in a joint press release on 28 March. Each automaker will own 50% stake in a joint-venture, that will include the current mobility services of both companies. The agreement is subject to examination and approval by the regulatory authorities.
