Tesla releases update on last week’s Model X accident in US
Confirms autopilot was engaged moments before the collision
Providing an update on last week’s Model X accident in the United States, Tesla said in a blog posted on its website on 30 March that “autopilot” was engaged moments before the collision with the adaptive cruise control follow-distance set to minimum.
