Renesas unveils on-chip flash memory MCU for automotive applications
New MCU series is suitable for use in next-generation green and autonomous vehicles
Renesas Electronics has started sample shipment of on-chip flash memory microcontroller (MCU) that uses 28 nm (nanometer) embedded flash technology, the Japanese supplier said in a press release last week.
