Merger is scheduled to happen in October 2018
Japan-based NTN is planning to merge and absorb three consolidated subsidiaries, namely NTN Kongo Corporation, NTN Mikumo Company Limited, and NTN Engineering Plastics Corporation, the company announced in a press release on 4 April.
