Softbank to acquire 9.9% stake in Nemaska Lithium
Placement is expected to occur in about 10 days, subject to approvals
SoftBank has entered an investment agreement to acquire 9.9% stake in Nemaska Lithium for CAD99 million (USD77.3 million), the Canadian lithium company announced in a press release on 5 April.
