Key Safety Systems (KSS) has completed the USD1.588 billion acquisition of Japanese airbag supplier Takata after securing funding from consortium of investors led by its Chinese parent company Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corporation, PAG, a Hong Kong-based private equity group, and Future Industry Investment Fund.
