GM’s Cruise Automation acquires last-mile delivery start-up Zippy.ai
Deal does not include any of Zippy’s product and intellectual property
GM’s autonomous driving unit Cruise Automation has acquired Zippy.ai, a start-up developing robots for last mile grocery and package delivery, according to blog by Kyle Vogt posted on Medium on 12 April. The company has not disclosed the financial details of the transaction.
