Valeo, NTT DOCOMO to jointly develop connected car solutions
Companies combine their respective expertise and solutions to offer telecommunication services and on-board equipment for connected cars
Valeo has formed a partnership with Japanese mobile service operator NTT DOCOMO to jointly develop and offer connected car solutions, the France-based automotive supplier said in a press release on 12 April. Under the partnership, the two companies will combine their expertise and solutions to offer telecommunication services and on-board equipment for connected cars, including next-generation mobility service in area of 5G and vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication, digital services for cars using smartphones and enhanced controls for on-board equipment.
