Japanese company accused Doublestar of copying the overall appearance of Toyo's Open Country M/T tire
Toyo Tires Holdings of Americas has won a trade dress infringement case against Doublestar Dong Feng Tyre Co. and Qingdao Doublestar Tire Industrial Co., the tire-maker announced in a press release yesterday (16 April).
