Chinese EV start-up Hozon Auto opens autonomous driving research center in US
New center will focus on research in area of on autonomous driving and AI
China-based electric vehicle (EV) start-up Hozon Auto officially opened its ‘Autonomous Vehicle Research Center’ in Silicon Valley, California (United States) last week, the company said in a press release on 16 April. The center, part of Hozon’s global research and development (R&D) network, will focus on research in the area of autonomous driving and artificial intelligence (AI). The center will also be responsible for leading the development and commercialization of autonomous driving technology worldwide through open source architecture system platforms and deep learning technology.
