Harman starts operations at expanded Chinese facility

Company’s facility in Suzhou currently produces digital sound reproduction equipment, including digital signal amplifiers and speakers, audio and visual control center systems, Bluetooth, navigation and multimedia systems

At the ongoing Beijing Motor Show 2018 in China, Harman announced that the Phase II construction at its Harman Automotive Electronics System (Suzhou) facility is completed and the new facility has started operations, according to a press release on 27 April. The US-based supplier invested USD6.8 million in the Phase II facility expansion project which covered construction area of 14,000 square meters and included multiple new production lines.
