China Automotive Systems forms JV with KYB to produce EPS systems in China
Two partners will transfer all their current EPS business in the Chinese market to the new JV
China Automotive Systems (CAS) has formed a joint-venture (JV) with KYB (China) Investment Co, a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan-based KYB, to develop and produce electric power steering (EPS) systems and EPS-related automotive parts, primarily for the Chinese market, the two companies said in separate press releases this week.
