ElringKlinger secure contract to supply battery systems for Sono Motors’ solar EV
Company will start production of battery system at one of its German plant next year
ElringKlinger has secured a contract to supply complete battery systems for a fully electric solar vehicle of Sono Motors, the Germany-based supplier said in a press release today. According to the company, the contract is worth several hundred million euros over a period of eight years. ElringKlinger will begin production of the battery systems at one of its German plant in the second half of 2019.
