Tesla sets up wholly owned company in China
New company will focus on electric cars, spare parts, and battery business
Tesla has set up a new wholly owned company in China, named Tesla (Shanghai) Co Ltd, Reuters reported on 14 May citing a company filing with the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System.
