Precision Camshafts acquires Emoss Mobile Systems
Total value of the acquisition is EUR7.3 million
India-based Precision Camshaft (PCL) has acquired 51% stake in electric driveline maker Emoss Mobile Systems for EUR7.3 million (USD8.1 million), the company announced in a press release on 18 May.
