Autoliv releases updates on planned spin-off of Veoneer
Veoneer files amendment to Registration Statement on Form 10 in connection with the spin-off
Veoneer, the electronics business of Autoliv, has filed an amendment to its Registration Statement on Form 10 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in connection with its planned spin-off from Autoliv, the Sweden-based supplier said in a press release on 21 May.
