Alliance Ventures invests USD50 million in start-ups
The VC fund has invested in four start-ups so far and has decided to invest in a fifth company
Alliance Ventures, the venture capital (VC) fund established by Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi in January this year, has invested USD50 million in four start-ups, Reuters reported on 22 May. The VC fund is expected to finalise investment in one more company over the next week. “The idea is we will do one new investment a month,” Francois Dossa, head of Alliance Ventures, was quoted as saying.
