Nokian Tyres starts construction of new testing and technology center in Spain
Company expects the first test tracks to be completed next year
Finnish tire-maker Nokian Tyres held a groundbreaking ceremony on 25 May for its new testing and technology center in Santa Cruz de la Zarza, Spain, according to a company press release.
