Toyota, Denso plan consolidation of electronics parts operations
Two parties are considering consolidating their core electronics component operations within Denso from late next year
Japanese automaker Toyota Motor and its affiliated auto parts maker Denso have agreed to explore consolidation of their core electronic component operations within Denso, the two companies said in a joint press release on 1 June.
