Flex-N-Gate’s unit Ventra Ionia Main LLC, plans to invest USD4.85 million to acquire a 48,900-square-foot facility in Ionia, Michigan (United States) to produce bumpers for the upcoming Ford Ranger midsize pickup, Automotive News reported on 1 June.
