Benteler Automotive has signed an agreement with Changchun FAWAY Automobile Components, a subsidiary of the Chinese automaker First Automotive Works (FAW) Group, to establish a joint-venture (JV) called FAWAY BENTELER Automotive Components (Tianjin) Co in China to produce aluminum parts and chassis systems, the Germany-based supplier said in a company press release yesterday (6 June).
