Innoviz, HiRain partner to launch lidar and computer vision technology for automakers in China
Addition of Innoviz’s solutions to HaRain’s products will offer Chinese OEMs access to key solutions for autonomous driving
Innoviz Technologies has partnered with China-based HiRain Technologies to bring the latter’s lidar solution and computer vision technology to the Chinese market, the Israel-based company said in a press release last week. HiRain is a major supplier of solutions for vehicle chassis and safety, body and comfort, powertrain, telematics systems and sensors. The addition of Innoviz’s solutions to HaRain’s product offerings will offer Chinese automakers access to key solutions for autonomous driving. For Innoviz, the partnership will provide it with access to HiRain’s extensive sales network in the country.
