CES Asia 2018: Kia unveils infotainment system for Chinese market

Vehicles equipped with new infotainment system will go on sale early next year

Kia has showcased a new infotainment system, specially developed for the Chinese market, at the CES Asia 2018 in Shanghai (China), the Korean automaker said in a press release 13 June. The Korean automaker collaborated Tencent QQ Music to develop the new infotainment system. Kia’s vehicle equipped with the new infotainment system will go on sale in China in early 2019. The Korean automaker is also using Baidu’s Duer OS and Map Auto in its vehicle sold in the Chinese market since 2017.
