Project aims to lower the battery pack cost to around USD90 per kWh by around 2030

Japan-based New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) has launched the second phase of its solid-state lithium-ion (li-ion) battery project, news website Green Car Congress reported on 17 June.
