KAMAZ demonstrates autonomous electric bus in Russia
The autonomous electric bus travelled at up to 10 kilometers per hour (km/h) during the demonstration
KAMAZ has demonstrated an autonomous electric bus in Tatarstan, Russia, according to the company’s press release on 12 June. The Russian commercial vehicle manufacturer collaborated with NAMI to develop SHATL (Wide Adaptive Transport Logistics) vehicle. KAMAZ demonstrated KAMAZ-1221 SHATL autonomous electric bus in static and dynamic modes. The autonomous electric bus travelled at up to 10 kilometers per hour (km/h) during the demonstration.
