Company enter partnership with Ford subsidiary Autonomic

US-based start-up rideOS, which develops technology platform for self-driving vehicles, has raised USD9 million in Series A funding round, the company said in a press release last week. The funding round was led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Graph Ventures and SV Angle. Mike Vernal, a partner at Sequoia has joined rideOS’s board.
