Extends cash tender offer deadline to 29 June
Qualcomm River Holdings, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Qualcomm, has extended the offering period of its previously announced cash tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of NXP Semiconductors to 29 June 2018, according to a company press release on 22 June.
