ZF, Mobileye team up to launch advanced cameras for automated driving, ADAS applications
S-Cam4 family of advanced cameras will feature Mobileye’s EyeQ4 advanced object recognition technology
ZF has teamed up with Mobileye to launch ‘S-Cam4’ family of cameras for advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) and autonomous driving applications, the company said in a press release last week. The two partners will supply new camera technology to a major automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM), said ZF. ZF has not disclosed the identity of the automotive OEM customer, but said the contract is the largest automotive camera contract in the German supplier’s history.
