Honda halts production at Mexican plant due to flooding

Japanese automaker is yet to decide when to resume operations

On Thursday (28 June), Honda suspended production at its plant in Celaya, Guanajuato (Mexico) due to flooding, Nikkei Asian Review reported on 1 July. Although there was no report of injury due to the flood, floodwaters made the facility impossible to enter.
