Toshiba Electronic Devices & Storage Corporation has launched TLX9309, a new analog output IC photocoupler that enables high-speed communications in automotive applications, particularly electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs), according to a press release yesterday (5 July)
