Faurecia signs MOU to acquire 100% of Parrot Automotive
Faurecia says the deal would accelerate development of infotainment solutions based on the Android operating system
French automotive parts supplier Faurecia has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Parrot to acquire 100% of the latter’s subsidiary Parrot Automotive by the end of 2018, ahead of schedule, Parrot announced in separate press releases last week (6 July).
