TomTom acquires 100% stake in TomTom Africa
Dutch supplier is present in 33 countries in Africa
TomTom has acquired full ownership of its African subsidiary, TomTom Africa (Pty), Ltd, by buying out the shares owned by the minority shareholders, the company said in a press release on 9 July. With this, TomTom has raised its ownership in TomTom Africa to 100%, from 76% earlier.
