Sumitomo Rubber Europe GmbH and its subsidiary Dunlop Tech GmbH have opened a new European Development Center in Hanau-Steinheim, Germany for tire development and testing, production of liquid latex and tire pressure monitoring system design, according to a press release on 12 July.
