Honeywell to spin off Transportation Systems business into a standalone, publicly traded company, called Garrett Motion Inc.
Honeywell has appointed Carlos Cardoso as chairman of its Transportation Systems business, which will become an independent company called Garrett Motion Inc., according to a company press release on 16 July.
