Faurecia, BYD hold opening ceremony for seat products JV in China
Faurecia owns 70% in the JV and BYD holds 30%
Faurecia and Chinese electric vehicle (EV) maker BYD have launched a joint venture (JV), ‘Shenzhen Faurecia Automotive Parts,’ in Shenzhen, China to produce automotive seat products, news portal Gasgoo reported on 6 July.
