NHG plans to close operations at one plant and reduce workforce at other plant in Germany

In German cities Saarbrücken and Leipzig, about 2,220 workers of automotive casting supplier Neue Halberg Guss (NHG) are on strike since 14 June protesting the company’s plans to consolidate its operations in the country, which would eventually result in loss of hundreds of jobs, Manager Magazine reported 17 July.
