Asahi Kasei to acquire Sage Automotive Interiors
Acquisition to expand Japanese supplier’s automotive-related business
Japan-based Asahi Kasei has concluded an agreement with Clearlake Sage Holdings to acquire the latter’s subsidiary Sage Automotive Interiors for approximately USD700 million, Asahi Kasei announced in a press release yesterday (19 July).
