Dana to acquire Drive Systems segment of Oerlikon Group
Acquisition expected to close in late 2018 or first quarter of 2019
Dana has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Drive Systems segment of Oerlikon Group for CHF600 million (approximately USD600 million), the company announced in a press release today (30 July).
